Cancellation Policy
Last minute cancellations and no show appointments will be charged 50% of service total cost if done within 72 hours of appointment time. Clients that are 15+ minutes late to their appointment will need to be rescheduled and will also be charged this fee. Appointments rescheduled within 72 hours of their appointment will be charged $50 or 50% of their appointment total (whichever is less). If you are experiencing cold symptoms, or have been around someone that has tested positive for Covid or the flu, I ask that you reschedule until you feel better to minimize exposure to other guests and employees at the salon, a fee may be collected.
